The schedule I use to vaccinate.

Progard 5 – Intervet – DH2PP

Distemper/Hepatitis/Adenovirus 2/Parvo/Parainfluenza

Weeks 7, 10, 13 and 16

If very small weeks 8, 12, 16 & 20

1 Year 4 Months

4 Years 4 Months and then every 3 Years

Bronchicine CAE

Bordetella

Weeks 8 & 12

If very small weeks 9 & 13

Revaccinate Annually

Giardia Vax

Giardia

Weeks 8 & 12

If very small weeks 9 & 13

Revaccinate Annually

Rabies

6 Months (I like to wait until then)

18 Months

4 ½ Years and then every 3 Years

Rabies Vaccines cannot be sold to the following states: AK, AL, AR, CA, CT, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, MD, ME, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OR, RI, SC, TX, UT, WA, WV, WY.  Rabies Vaccines in the above states must be administered by a licensed vet.
