I understand that this application does not guarantee me to a puppy or to be put on a waiting list.  The breeder will contact me to whether I have been approved or not.

We DO NOT sell to anyone that wants to breed the so called “Designer Dog”.

  

We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone that does not breed to AKC Standards or that we feel will not give the love, devotion and care for our babies the way we do.

If you are approved we will keep in contact with you as to what puppies we have available, if any at the time, when upcoming litters are (they will be posted on our site under litters and available puppies), when litters are born we will let you know where you stand on the waiting list.  Please also remember that we have the right to keep any and all puppies out of a litter and that just because pictures are posted does not mean that a puppy will be available.  Some pictures are just posted for your viewing pleasure.  Please wait for one of us to get back to you as to if you are approved. We will also conduct a phone interview.

All our puppies are AKC registered.  Please read our Sales Contract.  All puppies will be sold with limited AKC registration (unless approved for full registration) and a spay/neuter agreement.  Full registration must be pre-approved.

Deposits must be received in 3 days of verbal commitment.  All deposits/payments are non-refundable/non-transferable.  We will transfer payment only if your puppy becomes ill with a life threathening illness or passes away while in our care.

All puppies must be registered with the kennel name Blue Chi’s .
